Terms of use

1. The service

November Club, published by Tom Debout (Sole trader (French micro-entreprise), SIREN 918 898 925), lets groups of friends take on a challenge in November: report, on their honor, their ejaculations from November 1 to 30; the lowest total wins an honorary title.

The service is free. It may show partners or non-targeted advertising, and offer a separate shop.

2. Access

The service is for adults only (18 or older). By creating your profile, you confirm on your honor that you are an adult. One account per person.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. A challenge on your honor, with no money at stake

Entries rely on your honesty: nothing is checked. There are no stakes, no winnings and no prizes: the winner gets an honorary title with no value.

Loser’s donation: a group can choose that the highest total(s) pledge a donation to a men’s health charity. It is a non-binding moral commitment between friends. The donation is made directly to the charity, through its own channels. November Club never collects, holds or passes on any money and is not a party to the donation. Anyone can freely add a solidarity donation.

Predictions are a game with nothing at stake: they win nothing and cost nothing.

4. Your conduct

No nickname or group name that is abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit or impersonates someone. No abusive or automated use of the service. The publisher may remove content or an account that breaks these rules.

5. Health

November Club is a game between friends, not medical advice. The service gives no recommendation about your sexuality. For any health question, talk to a health professional.

6. Personal data

Your entries are sensitive data. They are processed only with your explicit consent, given separately from these terms and withdrawable at any time. Everything is detailed in the privacy policy (/confidentialite).

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided free of charge, as is. The publisher does its best to keep it running, without any guarantee of permanent availability. It is not liable for commitments made between group members or for donations made or not made.

8. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time from the app: all your data is deleted. If these terms change, the new version is shown to you and you must accept it to continue.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. Contact: contact@november-club.com. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any action.
